WX-001 advances toward IND-enabling studies

Welnx Therapeutics is advancing WX-001, a small-molecule nasal spray for chronic rhinosinusitis, into IND-enabling toxicology studies.

WX-001 is formulated for direct delivery to the sinonasal mucosa, targeting the epithelial inflammatory signalling that sustains chronic rhinosinusitis. Local administration keeps systemic exposure low, which matters for a condition that often requires months or years of treatment.
