Type 2 inflammatory disease alone affects more than two billion people worldwide. Despite several approved biologics, the majority of patients do not achieve durable control, and oral options remain limited.
Biology with human validation
Every program targets a pathway with human genetic or clinical evidence. We are not betting on a novel mechanism without human data — we are improving on mechanisms already shown to matter.

Our resolution-biology platform generates multiple candidates from the same discovery engine. Success in one program de-risks the next and compounds the value of the platform.
