Chronic inflammatory disease is rarely a single-cytokine problem. It is a self-reinforcing loop between immune activation, tissue remodeling, and metabolic stress. Most therapies interrupt one node of that loop and leave the rest intact.
Welnx builds therapies that act on the loop itself — restoring the resolution programs that healthy tissue uses to switch inflammation off. Our small molecules are designed for local delivery to the inflamed tissue, so the drug reaches the disease where it actually lives.
